A year ago I had a genioplasty where the doctor took me down 8 mm and reshaped the chin for a more square shape. I was disatisfied with the square shape so I got an implant. My appearance was improved as well as my confidence, but I am still left with sagging skin around my chin. As you can see in the before, I had quite a nice contour to my face that seems to be lost now. What can be done here? FaceTite? Also, I still think my chin looks very square. What are my options? Thanks!

From the photos it appears you are a candidate for a lower blepharoplasty with potentially an upper blepharoplasty or forehead lift. This will give a more refreshed appearance to the eyes by addressing the heavy appearance and excess skin. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to...
Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. You have a beautiful face and youth on your side. I would no perform anything invasive at this time. I would recommend Morphues 8 miconeedling and neurotoxin to your upper face to maintain. Enjoy your youth!
