I lost my hair on specific area on the left side of head, when I was about 16-17 (14 years ago), which resulted in a kind of bald like texture with a baby/very thin hair. What procedure should I go for in order to reconstruct my side and central hair line and increase the volume of hair above forehead as well as on the sides?

You would likely be  a candidate for either FUT or FUE hair transplantation. The area of hair loss looks relatively small and You would have plenty of donor hair to replace it.
