You seems like Norwood 2. There is a slight recession of the hairline around the temples. This is also known as an adult or mature hairline.
Without clear pictures of i)the back of your scalp ii) the top of your scalp (hair down) iii) both sides as well as the front, it would be difficult to determine your Norwood scale. The Norwood Hamilton Scale is used to assess the extent of male pattern hair loss and ranges from stage 1 to stage 7. Stage 3 of this scale includes a stage called stage 3a or stage 3 vertex where hair loss is not limited to the hair line alone but also involves some hair loss of the crown area. There are many picture charts available to help determine a persons stage on the Norwood Hamilton scale. I recommend going to the patient site on International Society of Hair restoration Surgeons or simply do an internet PICTURE search for the Norwood Hamilton scale. You will then be able to compare your current stage of hair loss with such a chart.

You are Norwood II and developing a mature hairline. The mature hairline occurs about an inch higher up relative to our childhood hairline, it is well defined and with a small degree of temporal recession. It does not represent actual balding and it is fairly common.

Simple steps can be taken to even out you hairline. For hair regrowth, I suggest the following to my patients: Start Theradome now (see link) and in office PRP/acell.. You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hair loss its best to do a full hormonal...

Women should consider pursuing an FUT hair transplant so that minimal shaving is required. The thin band where the hair is shaved is easily hidden. With FUE, a large portion of the scalp is often shaved which results in significant volume loss. Often women would need to wait years to regrow...
The grafts are pretty delicate the first couple of days after the procedure. However, hair does grow at different times, and you would need to allow for the full 12 months to really assess. I recommend you discussing this with your surgeon so the area can be monitored.
Hello, Thank you for your question. There is no difference in recipient area as far as recovery between an FUE or FUT procedure. The difference between the two is in the donor area .
