6 Months after FUT and not happy with results - what are my options? (photo)

Hi ! I had done FUT hair transplant 6 months ago from islamabad Pakistan. its now 6 Months and 10 days but my transplant result is not satisfying at all. i've done 6 prp's and taking Multi Vitamins & Finistride daily. i had 4500 Grafts surgery.
