Question

Hi! I was wondering what procedures would help me achieve a more feminine and delicate look. I find my features to be very masculine even though Im a woman. Im interested in a rhinoplasty to shorten the side length of my nose. Although I’m uncertain if a rhinoplasty would be enough to fix my facial structure. Other procedures that Im looking into are: brow lift, lift lip, jaw filler, lip filler, and possible brow reduction. I’ve tried to include as many photos as possible to help. Thank you!

In terms of achieving softer facial features, my impression is that rhinoplasty is probably best positioned to create a significant change as the majority of the your other features are soft.

Depending on the degree of change that you wish to achieve, the tip rotation in combination with a degree of reduction for the nasal bridge are powerful contributions. Refining slightly the nasal tip from the front view works together with the profile changes in the same direction.

It would be favourable for your decision process to use computer imaging and simulation for both rhinoplasty and facial contouring.

You are very young and I would strongly advise you to tread lightly with the changes as cosmetic treatments tend to work better in moderation.

For the impact of rhinoplasty surgery, computer simulations on simple photographs tends to work well, for facial sculpting 3D imaging and simulation generally provides better evaluations.

A rhinoplasty can help you achieve a smaller and narrower nose, while dermal fillers can create fuller, plumper cheeks, as well as a more augmented chin. As correctly stated, I would consider Rhinoplasty, which can produce a more feminine looking nose by reducing both the projection and the tip size. Furthermore, an upper Lip Lift can improve the appearance and the fullness of the upper lip by reducing the height. it is possible that although the pictures are not very helpful, Submental Liposuction can also improve the definition of your jaw line.

Each of the procedures you mentioned will be feminizing.  This is a particular specialty for me.  I'd consider lip augmentation, chin shaping (genioplasty), rhinoplasty, cheek augmentation, and possibly nose and forehead.  However, this may well be more than you need.
