Do nose surgeons know to cut the depressor septi nasi muscle from inside the mouth?

do nose surgeons know to cut the depressor septi nasi muscle from inside the mouth? (transoral approach) i am planning to do isolated procedure to only cut that muscle, and i prefer this approach rather than cutting it from the nose
