I had a rhinoplasty more than one year ago and I’m concern about a front view of my nose. I like a profile but in front it looks off center. I think that the columella part is uneven. I’m really afraid to have a revision surgery. Is there any other option to make my nose more straight?

For the best result you need a full rhinoplasty. It's not just the tip. Your bridge needs to be lowered and the tip raised. You would also need the bones broken. Don't worry breaking the bones is not a big deal even though I know it sounds scary
