I have these weird hollow under eye dark circles that make tear troughs very obvious even with makeup as you see and these weird smile lines which I don't know how to get rid of giving me a mustache look. Would I need to use filler or a face lift? Please let me know. I hate how it looks and I just look scary in general

Answer: Dermal filler in the cheeks to lift and contour can be an effective approach to addressing under-eye dark circles Injecting dermal filler in the cheeks to lift and contour can be an effective approach to addressing under-eye dark circles, especially when the issue is related to volume loss and hollowness in the under-eye area. By adding volume to the cheeks, you can indirectly improve the appearance of under-eye dark circles and smiles lines. By restoring volume to the cheeks, the appearance of under-eye dark circles can be reduced. This is because the cheeks and the under-eye area are interconnected, and adding volume to the cheeks can provide support and lift to the under-eye area. (I also have this trick of applying a lighter under eye concealers that help take away the focus) Microneedling is a great treatment for your skin and can help with the crepeyness under eyes and improve fine lines and wrinkles. It can be another option to consider in addition to filler. Consult with a skilled and experienced medical professional to determine the most appropriate approach for addressing your under-eye dark circles and to ensure a safe and natural-looking result Hope that helps! ...
