I have a light smile line on my left side getting a bit more prominent each year. What procedure would you suggest or where to get filler to help? I’ve tried softwave x2, sculptra on cheeks, jawline to lift plus bbl and RF microneedling. Thank you very much

I am truly sorry about your disappointment with your prior treatments with all the "bells and whistles" light and energy-based treatments you have undergone--but unfortunately, no surprises there. I have been cautioning my regular followers for years that the hard science to support the use of these often expensive gizmo treatments lags well behind the heavy marketing hype and social media buzz to promote them. Sorry. 
From the photo provided, it would appear that the use of low viscosity, malleable HA filler properly injected by an expert would provide the smoothing of the incipient smile fold that you seek with very likely just one five minute treatment session. You would be wise to make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler treatment expert and best of luck.

From the photo, the smile line on your left side appears subtle but slightly more prominent than the right. This is often due to natural asymmetry, slight volume loss in the midface, or repetitive muscle movement.

For a targeted improvement, dermal filler placed in the nasolabial fold or cheek area just above the smile line can provide support, lift the tissue, and soften the crease. Sometimes a small amount in the tear trough or mid-cheek can also help redistribute volume and improve symmetry.

Since you’ve already done SoftWave, Sculptra, jawline filler, BBL, and RF microneedling, adding a small, precise filler touch to the left nasolabial fold or mid-cheek is usually enough to balance the smile line without overfilling. The key is subtlety to maintain a natural look.
