Hey! I had an underbite jaw surgery corrected like 12 years ago. Im still a bit sunken and recessed in that area. The surgeons have said to get soft tissue support, I’m looking into pyriform filler but Is it safe after the jaw surgeries? I can feel The screws/hardware with my finger when I press on the area near my nose?
