From the photo provided, there appears to be volume deficit in the cheeks that is responsible not only for lack of an Ogee Curve, but also indirectly to the hollowing and tear troughs noted under the eyes and to prominence of the smile folds. If this is indeed the case, then the use of robust HA volumizing filler for the cheeks can 1) create a more ideal feminine, heart-shaped face, 2) by providing lift diminish the incipient smile folds, and 3) indirectly tighten the under-eye area thereby diminishing the hollows, tear troughs and incipient bags. Finally, if so desired, a few microdroplets of Botox in the glabella region would improve the frown lines that are visible between the eyebrows. In experienced hands, all of the foregoing can be performed in one approximately twenty-minute treatment sessions. The results of the filler treatments typically are immediate and usually engenders little to no significant downtime.
