I realised I had a shadow after a family photo was taken. I'm insecure and now this has added to it, I haven't been outside my house since July 2021. I feel awful. I have this horrible shadow in the middle of my nose. Why do I have this? My nostrils are also really uneven. My side profile also looks really different on my left side compared to my right. What procedure would be best to fix this?
