Shadow on nose and uneven nostrils - What procedure do I need? (photos)

I realised I had a shadow after a family photo was taken. I'm insecure and now this has added to it, I haven't been outside my house since July 2021. I feel awful. I have this horrible shadow in the middle of my nose. Why do I have this? My nostrils are also really uneven. My side profile also looks really different on my left side compared to my right. What procedure would be best to fix this?

There's nothing wrong with your nose, you don't need surgery. If you're struggling with anxiety (as are a lot of people in the last 2 years) and you haven't left your house in 7 months, get some help for your mental health. When your mental health is back on an even keel, only then you could reconsider if your nose is really that big a thing, but now is not the time. Good luck with it.

Hi,It looks like you are lacking adequate support in the middle vault of the nose. Usually results from previous surgery or trauma. You also appear to have a septal deviation. These issues can certainly be improved with a functional rhinoplasty. Best of luck.JJ
