I had rhinoplasty with DCF to build up my dorsum and I felt like there was something in my right nostril. I took a picture of it (as attached) and my surgeon said he filled the dorsum of my nose with tiny cartilages and a little came through the cut. He said that this is no problem and that they will come off themselves. I’m a bit worried, but is this common? Would I not need more sutures where the cut is?
