After my rhinoplasty my skin got worse and much oily, will it go back to my original skin?

Yes, this is normal. Having a cast on for a week tends to clog pores which can cause an increase in acne and oil production.  It may take several weeks but things will return to normal.

The answer to your question is yes, your skin should return to its normal appearance and texture as you recover from the rhinoplasty.  As the swelling subsides and the tapes/splints come off, the oil in your skin will not be produced as much and will not accumulate as much.  This process takes several weeks to be noticed.  Best of luck with your recovery.
