Options for correction of inverted V deformity, dent in nasal bridge, wide flat bridge, and loose skin. 7 months post op rhino.

7mths post op primary rhinoplasty to correct old fractures & a deviated septum, narrow nasal bridge, remove a dorsal hump & reduce the tip. Immediately I noticed that my nasal bridge appeared wider, not narrower, and there were two lumps of bone on each side of the top of the nasal bridge. 5-6m post op= dent, shadow, squishy sides of nose, skin loose. Options? Am nervous about 2nd surgery. Surgeon offered revision with goretex. What can be done immediately?
