Is pressure on the bridge of the nose normal after Rhinoplasty?

I had rhinoplasty almost 2 weeks ago. I've been experiencing pressure on my bridge whenever I lay down. It feels like something is pushing against the middle of my nose. This then causes a headache which makes sleeping difficult. Is this pressure sensation normal?
