Is post sympathectomy ptosis more difficult to fix? Two failed surgeries in 6 months (Photos)
My surgeon has said this is the first time he's done surgery for postsympathectomy ptosis and thinks this may be the reason the revision also failed, although I could just be extremely lucky. I'm a 24 year old healthy male, my pupils used to be the same size and eyelids were even prior to a surgery I had a few years ago which caused the ptosis. Despite two failed surgeries I am really hoping to get my eyes more symmetrical, but is my more rare case a more difficult procedure?
