Please help post op BBL doesn't look right (photo)

I am 3 days post op for a BBL with lypo of y, lower back, inner and outer thighs. The shappfy butt is not at all what I asked for. I was veey specifoc going in what i wanted. I gave them photos and the Dr promised he could give me that butt. Buty butt looks nothing like the photos and it's really flat on the butt because he put no fat there. I have told my Surgeon and Nurse this 3 times, once on the phone immediayely agter gettimg home and seeing my butt and at both post op appts and they claim the fat will shift down and fill in the shape I want. I really have a hard time believing this and I feel they are blowing off my concerns. Theh leep teling me i wont see final results for 6 weeks, but how is the shape gonna change if he never put any fat in the bottom?? I spent $14k on this surgery because they claimed my lypo on my inner and outer thighs wasn't included and sprung another $5k bill on me 30 minutes before surgery. I am so upset because I paid so much and my ass looks horrible! Please tell me if it really will change shape or if they just did a bad job! And if so how do I make them fix it? He promised me the butt I wanted and this is nothing like it.
