Hello, i'm 22 years old, i never lost hair, but i have born with a strange hairline and i want to fix it, as I said i never lost any hairs fortunately, i have been checked by more dermatologist, I have asked some clinics around me in italy and they said around 1000 grafts, for me it's seems a lot because it's a small area, what you think? thank you ps: I don't care of a perfect straigth line, just some small adjusting to make it look smoother

It can take anywhere from 12-18 months for full hair growth. The gap can possibly be filled in by 12-18 months. If after 18 months and the gap is still not filled, then you can not expect more growth. You can possibly help your situation by taking Finasteride and applying Rogaine.
