Had 2 canthopexies to correct my negative canthal tilt as you can see in the 2015 pic and 3 fat grafts into the undereye area to give more support/projection as i have malar hypoplasia, confirmed by the plastic surgeon who followed my case. I I think i now have a neutral canthal tilt but i have a very tired look and in my opinion this is motivated by the lack of undereye bone support and projection. What would be better for me? fillers, fat graft or malar/submalar implants? Thanks Paulo

It is difficult to say without photos. However, the fillers should not have been affected. I suggest seeing your physician or if you're unhappy with your final results you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. Best, Dr. Emer
