I would be careful getting more canthal surgery.  This surgery does not have the power to do the things that you are looking for.  Having more of these procedures will not help you but can harm you by permanently shortening your eye aperture.  Fixing this is very, very difficult.  Depending on the harm done, sometimes repair is impossible.  Your surgeons mean well, they just do not know what they are doing.  Look at your picture.  You are missing bone projection along the orbital rim.  You could be helped with orbital rim implants or even a well done filler treatment can make a helpful but not permanent improvement to your appearance.

To correct this degree of slant permanently a canthoplasty is recommended.  Discuss this matter further at your next appointment.

This is very difficult to determine without examining you, but it looks like there may not be enough tissue laxity to allow the lateral canthus to be pulled upward with a canthoplasty or canthopexy procedure. It is hard to fight gravity. If there is any downward pull when the lower eyelid is placed into a higher position, the eyelid is likely to move right back to where it started.

You may benefit from placing a spacer graft into the lower eyelid to add additional support and reduce downward traction. Again this is hard to determine without examining you in person. Best of luck.
