I can't close my mouth, would lip filler work to help? (photos)

i think I have a short philtrum and a weak jaw, because I can't fully close my mouth and I also have gummy smile, it also hurts a little when I close my mouth so im always with my mouth semi opened. Does lip filler would work? I don't have a lot of money and I don't know If i could afford a surgery.
