Can you get surgery on the ear so it does not bend when I sleep because I bent the helix and ever since then I can not sleep?

Ear surgery can change the shape of the ears for aesthetic purposes, but it cannot make them so strong that they’re resistant to bending. Have you considered not sleeping on the one side, or sleeping on your back?

If the bending of the ear during sleep gives you pain, then you shouldn’t have any ear pinning operation.
