Hello, what would you recommend to help with genetically predisposed folds around my smile. I would love more symmetry and a more youthful appearance. I'm only 39.

If you are allergic to lidocaine you can use fillers that do not have it added. As many patients prefer it for comfort during injections you may need to ask your injector ahead of time to see if it can be ordered for you.
