Filler for smile folds - what would you recommend? (Photo)

As you age, the bones in your face begin to shrink in the fat in your face, tends to atrophy go away, especially if you were thinner person. Smile, lines or nasal lab folds, are result of skin attachment to the underlying deeper structures, including the bone. They are normal in everyone and or are more expressed as we get older. The misunderstanding in treating these lines is that they are a result of loss of cheek volume. That being said my recommendation would be to enhance your cheeks and orbital rims with either Fat Grafting or long acting filler, such as Vollux and then lightly camouflage the nasolabial fold with Fat Grafting or a hyaluronic acid filler such as Juvederm ultra (+).

I would recommend Renuva injections (it is a very effective filler promoting fat growth).
