Can chin filler cause muscle issues?

Before I get chin filler I wanted to make sure it doesn't impact on the function of the mentalis muscle. Is this a possibility?

Any medical treatment can cause unforeseen outcomes of varying types. Thankfully, this particular issue is highly uncommon in chin filler as the hyaluronic acid typically utilized is a substance made naturally by your body and should not affect muscle function. Similarly, it would be highly unlikely that the injecting needle or cannula could have any effect on muscle function. While it is not impossible, it would be a very unusual side effect.
