Got IPL. Session included microderm first, then the IPL portion was only about 20 mins. Setting wasn't has high as IPL few years ago. What's the best setting for max results? I don't see any dark pigment yet, but I only had this yesterday. I would like to get the most out of IPL. Is microderm required first for IPL effectiveness? Perhaps I can forgo the microderm time for more IPL time? Thanks in advance for your response!
