Hi, I like my nose when I am smiling with my mouth closed or at rest (first pic) but as soon as I talk or smile with my mouth open my septum dips down and my nostrils widen so harshly (in my opinion) that it makes me dislike smiling. What could change this without a full-on nose job? Threads? Botox? I've seen filler used on the nose but im afraid if my tip is lifted, I'll have too much nostril show. Advice is very appreciated, thank you!

Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos you provided. I recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery. Your nostrils are long and they're showing too much, the tip looks droopy. With a rhinoplasty surgery you can have a more elegant and more defined nose.
Best regards!
