Fix for plunging septum and harsh Nares when smiling? (Photo)

Question

Hi, I like my nose when I am smiling with my mouth closed or at rest (first pic) but as soon as I talk or smile with my mouth open my septum dips down and my nostrils widen so harshly (in my opinion) that it makes me dislike smiling. What could change this without a full-on nose job? Threads? Botox? I've seen filler used on the nose but im afraid if my tip is lifted, I'll have too much nostril show. Advice is very appreciated, thank you!

Hello! Thank you for your question.From the photos you provided it looks like you have thin skin. Your nose shape is good but as you mentioned when you smile your nostrils get wide and your tip is a bit droopy. I would recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery. Filler is really not recommended on the nose because it can lead to many complications and there are too many risks for filler on the nose.I can understand that you may be afraid of a full nose surgery, but believe me the post-op is not painful. It is mostly discomfort for the first few days post-op (until the cast removal).
