Deep indent between my brows from surgery as an infant. Could I correct it with rhinoplasty, fillers, or something else? (Photo)

I've had the indent since I was a baby but it's getting significantly more obvious as I age. I have been told that it's in an area that is complicated to work on. I have scoured before and afters for years and have never seen a surgical/non-surgical rhinoplasty or forehead contour result that specifically addressed this part of the nose/brow. I don't really mind the shape of my nose otherwise. Could a brow bone reduction help? I wouldn't even know what to ask a doctor for during a consult.

Rhinoplasty doesn’t really address that area. Fillers will work well BUT….there is a risk of blindness when using fillers on this area! So make sure it is done by a trained profesional with experience in these types of fillers.

If you have a congenital indentation in your brow bone above your nose and between your eyebrows, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for filling this in. Silikon-1000, results are permanent and there is no risk of blindness, necrosis, or embolism. Have you tried Botox? Some type of filler would probably be easier than recontouring the forehead (bone remodeling) or rhinoplasty. I would try a temporary filler first and see if you like the correction. If you are happy with the result from the temporary filler, a more permanent filler like calcium carbonate or porous hydroxyapatite could be used.
