In patients with fully volumized faces, there are no long term effects of slimming the lower portion of the face with buccal fat pad reduction. When there is no break or Ogee curve, the buccal fat reduction can provide that curve which is usually seen in a youthful face. I think you are a candidate that would benefit from the procedure. Remember, the effects are not dramatic like other surgical procedures.
