Hello I was wondering if I could have a fat transfer with buccal fat removal moved to the cheekbones to create forward growth and high cheekbones, right now they are flat

The type of fat that is removed during the reduction of the buccal fat pads is not recommended for transfer. It is contaminated by removal through the mouth. You can still have fat transferred to your cheeks but it is better to take the fat from a sterile site (thigh, abdomen, etc.). For permanent results, I would recommend simultaneous buccal fat removal and the placement of silicone cheek implants to provide well defined cheekbones.

The fat tissue that is removed with a buccal fat removal procedure technically can be transferred into the cheekbones, however due to the amount being little and the higher risk of contamination (as they are removed through the mouth), they are not preferred to be used in this way. Fat can be harvested from different parts of the body such as the abdomen or the flanks and can be transferred into the face.
