The left side of my face looks deformed in photos. One eyebrow is shorter and my left cheek/jaw has much less volume and is less wide than the other. How do I find the root cause of this and what is the best, least invasive way to fix it?

You have a mild left facial hypoplasia (underdevelopment) asymmetry which is involves the entire left face from eyebrow down to the jawline. A 3D CT scan is needed to understand the bony deficiencies as well as to plan on its correction. You will see in the scan that the left brow bone is lower (which is why the eyebrow is lower), the left eye, eye bones and cheek are lower and the jaw is less wide with the angle positioned higher. This is classic left facial asymmetry. The critical question is how far the patient wants to go to improve their asymmetry. But building up the deficient bones is the foundational approach to such treating such facial asymmetries.
