I'm 42, I've always had a round face and hated it. As I'm aging, my round face is sagging a little. I was looking into buccal fat removal but since my jowls are aging I'm worried it might now be the right procedure. Regardless of my age, my face always looks my better when I'm 10lbs lighter than I am currently. Would you recommend a lower facelift or buccal fat removal? I've been getting fillers every years since I turned 34 so you won't see the exact quality of my natural skin on these pictures
