How can I make my areolas smaller and lighter without surgery? (Photo)

I'm 21 with no kids. I wear a 38DD and I have very big and very dark areolas...I don't like it, I find it unattractive and disgusting. So my question is, how can I make my areolas smaller and lighter with out surgery?
