I'm 21 with no kids. I wear a 38DD and I have very big and very dark areolas...I don't like it, I find it unattractive and disgusting. So my question is, how can I make my areolas smaller and lighter with out surgery?

Thanks for your question.  Unfortunately, there is no way to reduce size and color of the areola without surgery.  Any surgery will leave scars,and could cause loss of pigmentation as well. That being said, your areolas appear completely within "normal" .  Best Regards.

Breasts come in all shapes, sizes, and colors and yours are normal.  You can elect to have the areola downsized through surgery.  It's not possible to permanently make them smaller without surgery.  The coloration may vary with hormone fluctuations including any future pregnancies or breastfeeding.
