Hello my small size does not bother me but my nipples do. They look normal when cold but usually the tissue herniates into the nipple and looks like in the pictures or worse. Are my breasts tubular and what would surgery entail? Would some underlying tissue have to be removed or altered? Should I make sure to get a permanent eg goretex purse-string suture to prevent them herniating again? And is it possible to get these sutures placed or something else without the circular incisions? Thank you.
