I've got a nose that has a somewhat droopy nose tip, and I notice that when I lift the tip really slightly in the mirror, the nose is completely straight. Is a rhinoplasty that only moves the cartilage slightly upwards possible? If so, how much would it cost?

Answer: Rhinoplasty It sounds like your nose is too long and the lower edge of the septum is crooked. Correcting that is pretty standard stuff

Answer: Elevation of the nasal tip: Elevation of the nasal tip: it is theoretically possible to elevate the tip of the nose without working on the bridge. However it would be a very rare case where this would lead to the optimum outcome. Usually, elevation of the tip is accompanied by some reduction of the dorsum and some refinement of the nasal tip along with its elevation or “rotation” upward. The cost would be less than a full rhinoplasty, but will vary greatly from one surgeon to another, and in some cases from one region of the country to another.
