i am a little over a year post op from a tummy tuck. 2 days ago i felt an unraveling followed by a single popping sensation during yoga class (in seal pose, a little deeper than upward dog). have i compromised my sutures? i have done full backbend before with no problems. i'm puzzled. no pain or anything that looks unusual. but i am concerned.

A late seroma is possible. It can lead to encapsulation which makes treatment more difficult. Proper diagnosis and treatment is recommended. An ultrasound would help make the diagnosis and treatment. Discuss further with your surgeon.
