1 year ago i had a full tummy tuck with a hernia repair ..but i also do not have a gallbladder to break down my foods so some foods I eat causes bloating at times . I have noticed when i wear my faja garments it helps with the bloating...but my question is is it safe to do sit-ups with out damaging the hernia repair? I'm getting frustrated and tired of always wearing it because it's been a whole of wearing it each day..can I do 50 sit-ups aa night and or planks to help with bloating? Without damage

As i said in one of your other posts, photos are going to do the trick. You really need to be seen in person for an examination. Picking the right surgeon is important, and no surgeon who is experienced and good at their craft would make a definitive diagnosis and treatment plan based on photos....
