What do I need to change my bottom lip sticking out? (Photos)

Question

When my face is in a natural position, my bottom lip sticks out and I think it’s from the soft tissue under my bottom lip. When I smile without my teeth, it bulges underneath my bottom lip. I’ve been doing research to try and find out what I need but I still don’t understand and also there doesn’t seem to be anything around my area either. I’ve had braces privately and the orthodontist said my teeth are the best they can be and won’t sort this problem out. Help!

According to your photos your lower lip has more projection than your upper lip. There are several factors that can result in such a natural variation of lips. As you have already mentioned, our teeth set the foundation for our lips. We then can have different muscle activity in upper and lower lips and the overall volume of the soft tissue. 
Any correction of this would include an increase in upper lip volume.You can try the effect of such an alteration using injectable fillers (Hyaluronic acid). If you don't like the result, the filler can be dissolved. Try to find an experienced injector.
