Can my lip be revised after mucocele surgery? He hit a blood vessel and caused tissue to die. (Photos)

Last month I had a horrible experience getting a mucocele removed. He hit a blood vessel and caused tissue to die as half of my lip was black. My lip has ended up being smaller with less tissue on one side with an indentation and scar running down it and my mouth doesn’t meet properly. Can this be revised well? Also will my nerves recover? Half of my lip is numb
