I had lip surgery two weeks ago to remove scar tissue from an accident that happened years ago. The stitches have fallen off and now I have a hard lump. Is this normal?

Yes that can be revised and improved with different techniques either surgically or with injections. However, I would advise to wait at least 6 months before doing any revisions.
You can't consider something "healing lopsided" when only one side was injured, and that is the side that is swollen and healing. That would be called healing normally. It is normal to have swelling and firmness in the area during the healing process, and this can give the lip an asymmetric app...
