I have just had breast reduction surgery on my left hand side and uplift surgery to both. I have been advised by my surgeon to sleep sat up. A few years ago I broke my coccyx and find it painful if sat upright too long. Is there any chance you could possibly give me advice on how to sleep more comfortably sat up
