Leonard Hochstein, MD - Account Suspended

I was mauled at 2 y/o, I'm very fortunate to look this good after losing my nose and part of my mouth and many physicians aren't experienced well enough to work with clients who have had severe facial trauma. Dr. Hochstien did a beautiful job!!! Very natural and looks like me just younger!

Dr Hochstien did beautiful work with me! I feel very natural and not over done. I don't do fillers except in lips. Both pictures are in the sun with lashes and sunscreen only. First is the last morning after a 48 hour shift and I never went back. I retired from EMS that day. I was 55 when I had surgery, I think a few days after this picture was taken. I am 58 now, and feel so much more confident and beautiful then ever before!

All of my comparisons are with the 1 picture, it shows the depth of laxity and truest of all pictures of what I looked like. Obviously I never would allow a picture up so close in the sun for any other reason then this! It's more hideous then I even remember now lol.

I love my results and will continue to be his loyal and grateful client for years to come!

After many failed breast surgeries my final one was with Dr Hochstein and I am trilled to say I'm 6 months capsular contracture free. I spent a bag on the surgery and hotel aftercare, but I'd do it again no regrets! His team was super accommodating and helpful through the process. Shoutout to Marcy also for being so kind

I’m so glad my plastic surgeon Dr. Leonard Hochstein in Miami, FL used Sientra Implants. I’m a little over 1 month post op and feel amazing, healing well so far no complications! I got them under the muscle mid profile 385cc.

Mom of 2 with 70 lb weight loss post pregnancy left with empty breasts. I went to Dr H through reviews, reputation and my best friend's personal experience. Flew down to Miami from New Hampshire and stayed for a week with my husband before flying home. I am healing beautifully but my implants do remain high at 4 weeks and one more than the other. I am hopeful that I will continue to drop and heal and my left will catch up with my right :)

Lefty is finally catching up. Still higher and not as round as righty but pain as been gone for about 5 days now. I have full range of motion and cleared to exercise. I lift weights so start light and avoiding chest. Excited for 3 month mark and 6 month mark milestones.

Got back to the gym this week! Things are progressing and feeling more normal week to week. Lefty is moving but till higher than right. It is only noticeable without a bra but of course I notice it. The lines on my breast are just from my front clasp sleeping bra.

Lefty has finally caught up to righty in terms of dropping. They appear very equal in clothing and in a bra/bathing suit. Nude they each have their own shape a little. They fall at the same line across the chest and under the boob but the left one protrudes a little more than the right one. Honestly I am the only one analyzing them. I started to love them at the 8-10 week mark when they felt more like mine and settled. I’ve healed beautifully. The pictures actually aren’t that flattering but I will update again at the 6 month mark.

First off, Jennifer at Dr. Hochsteins office is the kindest human on earth. She made the whole process a complete breeze. Dr. Hochstein gave me EXACTLY what i asked for and im loving the results and its only been 2 weeks! He performed a breast lift, areola reduction, new (smaller implants), and liposuction on my tummy, waist, back, bra strap areas, and front and back of armpits. I am 5’4 and 120 lbs and im so glad he fine tuned the areas that had a layer of stubborn fat over them. All around im very impressed and i cant believe he made the body of my dreams come to life!

I’m a 34 year old mom of two. I had a breast augmentation with a lift in 2014 that went terrible with another Surgeon in Virginia. For years I’ve wanted my breasts corrected but was always afraid to let someone else touch me.

With that said, Dr Hochstein is an absolute Godsend and I would recommend him to anyone. I’m only a week and a half out from my surgery and I’m in love with my new breasts! I showed him photos of what I wanted and I got just that. He is a truly an artist!

I also did abdominal liposuction and the results from it are amazing as well.

My recovery from both procedures has been so different from my first operation. I feel great and I’m so grateful to Dr Hochstein and his staff!

I set up my surgery with Dr. Hochstein earlier this year after watching his work for several years! I breastfed two babies and am left with very sad, deflated "mom boobs". Ready to have some fullness back and have them lifted up! I feel like I am in good hands with him and his expertise.

Hubby traveled with me from Atlanta, Pre-op appointment was yesterday and surgery this morning! I have been taking the recommended natural supplements to help with healing and bruising! I'm going to post some before photos and wish pics to show progress. Just wanted to jump in and say my coordinator, Jennifer has been incredible, she and I instantly "clicked" and she has made this process so much less scary for me. Dr was incredibly smiley, friendly and when I showed him what I was looking for he was very receptive and we appeared to be on the same page as far as direction. We are going for round implants either mod + or high profile 450-475cc depending on which one he decides looks best! I'm uploading before pics and some wish pics!

Staff is incredible, went in this morning with such a feeling of calmness knowing I have made the right choice! Dr came in today and marked me up, told me what I was going to look like and off to the OR we went.

My nurse was a sweetheart, anesthesiologist was friendly and I am now at our hotel resting.

Post op is tomorrow and I will get to see my new girls. I’m feeling pressure from the implant itself and some nausea but overall feeling fine. More-so like I just need to rest!

First night sleeping was interesting, I slept past time to take my meds by 2 hours and woke up super uncomfortable. Also started taking my antibiotic today so I got hit with a wave of nausea at the office after seeing doc.
We got to do the big reveal today which was so exciting! I could not be happier with the results, size is perfect as well as nipple placement. My underarm area is incredibly swollen from the lipo. I feel like I have elephantitus of the armpit.. haha. Although that was a suggestion and not part of the original plan I think it’s going to be a great choice after I’ve recovered. Just not quite as prepared on that side of things as I am with the BA/BL.
I started taking the homeopathic supplements that were suggested last week so I’m hoping the Arnica Montana and Bromelain help with the bruising and swelling.

We made it home from our trip yesterday morning. We stayed at Sole’ Miami and had a great experience, we had a one bedroom suite so we were able to stock the fridge with healthy options and things to keep me hydrated. Hubby was a champ for the most part, he’s a homebody so being gone is stressful but we had a pretty comfortable stay.

I think I’ve got this sleeping thing figured out, showering isn’t so intimidating now that I’ve done it a few times and it makes me feel sooo much better! Ive been hitting the arnica Montana tabs pretty hard to help reduce swelling and bruising and am taking a ton of fiber and probiotics to get more regular, that’s been a struggle. Seeing my PCP Monday because I’m almost out of pain meds, which is terrifying, but I know she’ll get me taken care of. Overall starting to feel more like myself, the pressure isn’t so great as each day goes by but I’m ready to see the girls drop into their position! I’m not used to seeing my nipples so small, which is such a happy feeling for me so I’m impatiently waiting for them to heal.

Tapes came off today, the incisions look incredible. I’m normally pretty bad with gory things but surprisingly my stitches, scarring is minimal. I’m not a smoker and took all of the recommended supplements to help the healing process and I think that helped a lot.

Excited to see my round implants drop into the pocket, I can tell they’re moving more each week. A stand-alone lift can look rather square so excited to see how they look in another week or two! Going to start some scar repair creams soon.

I’m almost 3 weeks out (Tuesday) and am seeing so many changes. I look distorted in normal clothing because everything is sitting really high and my round implants haven’t dropped into the pocket yet and fluffed out. I think there’s still a lot of swelling going on due to the armpit lipo but I’m really excited for the outcome.

I look at my after and feel my chest looks much smaller than those who got near 470cc HP but thinking that I’m just being impatient as usual. My top right nipple is a bit detached after pulling the steri-strips off as instructed at week 2 but Jennifer and doc insist this is totally normal. Over the last few days it’s seemed to lay more flat and attach a little more, I put a bandaid on it for a while which smoothed it out.
Getting so anxious to see what the girls end up looking like! I feel like a man with giant pecs for now. Haha

Week one was awful, my body wasn’t ready. I own a salon and am full time behind the chair with a hefty clientele so my body was pissed off and very tired. People aren’t super compassionate when it comes to anything that inconveniences their appointment and had a falling out with a client I adore. I don’t think the meds I was on and the pain I was in helped the situation because I didn’t sugarcoat my response for her. Pain meds give you this false sense of being better off than you are but the swelling from lipo plus the muscle injury made moving my arms or holding them up for long periods absolute hell. I’ve realized people sniff out any kind of vulnerability and that’s when they pounce!
Week two was a rough start but by the end of the week some of my swelling had subsided! I’ve been using an arnica based gel on them to help with swelling and there’s some pain relief there as well. Right now my left is definitely dropping more than my right (dominant hand) but seeing differences each week! I feel a few stitches and I’m so ready for them to dissolve!

I’m starting to feel like these girls are mine. They’re squishy and have dropped a bit and are finally coming together. I feel like I waited so long for my implants to drop into the pocket and look round. The skin around my areolas is still raised and somewhat dry despite constant scar gel/creams. I almost feel like they look different each time I look at them. Hubby loves them.

I’m on month 4 of recovery and can say I am fully happy with my size, results and decision to travel to this incredible doctor. To come from a place where you feel you’ll never be confident after kids to this is incredible and I highly recommend anyone who is curious to take the leap. You’re so worth it.

A lot has changed since my last update! Scars are lessening and shape has really set in, I know a few people mentioned a square look starting off post lift but you can see the shape I opted for and size are now showing well (475cc HP silicone). I’m very happy, can’t believe the difference really and super grateful for such an amazing experience.

I just wanted to thank Dr Hochstein for his professionalism and knowledge. I'm the happiest patient i love my nose surgery. after seeing my results my sister got her nose and BBL done and my coworker too. I highly recommend Dr Hochstein for any plastic surgery. I also want to recommend Melissa from his med spa she is amazing.

This was my 4th and FINAL attempt at getting the perfect set of tata's! 2 prior surgeons did 3 procedures and NEVER did they look this incredible!!!! Dr.Hochstien is incredible and definitely earned his title of boob god! Dr.Hochstien is most definitely God's gift to women! lol I can say is I've never been happier with the way I look! Dr Hochstien is incredible! I am 57 and had no pain, no drains and all the gains!!!!

Dr.Hochstien truly is a miracle worker! My boobs look so insanely gorgeous! Dr H has given me my life back! Before, I didn’t like to be photographed, didn’t run much, hated being naked around my husband! Not now! I’ve never been happier!

My ONLY regret with my procedure is that I didn't get them bigger. I absolutely LOVE having implants, they make me feel so much more confident. My doctor was amazing, very kind, and the entire procedure was SUPER easy -- way easier than I ever anticipated. Everyone thinks my b**bs are real! :)
