Can I get a revision otoplasty to treat the top 3rd of my ears?

I had minor otoplasty bout 4 years ago and a small revision shorty after because the surgeon nor I was satisfied with the top 3rd. I have disliked them since. Can the upper 3rd be moved a little closer and positioned a little more horizontally symmetrical with each other. Not like moving the entire ear just by adjusting the top 3rd of each ear?

Thank you for your question.  The easiest way to correct asymmetry in the upper third of the ears after a previous otoplasty is to have an "incisionless" procedure performed.  It is done under local anesthesia in an office OR and involves placing permanent sutures in the ears to recreate the superior crus of the antihelical fold using only tiny micro-incisions.
