What is this blue spot behind my ear after ear surgery? (photos)

Ever since my Ear surgery i've had this. It seems to be somewhat larger than the first months after the procedure. Can anyone tell me what it is?

Removal of long lasting, embedded in the cartilage sutures, may require very tedious procedure, possibly excision of strip of the cartilage where sutures are placed. Only that way you will be permanently released of this problem. Good luck.
