Maximum Dose of Polidocanol for Treating Leg Veins?

The dose is no more than 10 cc of the 1% solution. This is a safe dose when administered by an experienced vein specialist. Seek a specialist certified by the American College of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. 

According to the Asclera (Polidocanol) package insert, the maximum dosage per sclerotherapy session is 10 mL.  The package insert specifies this for either the 0.5% or 1% solutions.
