Although, they look better...my thighs still look swollen and jiggle when i move them....

Most patients return to work 1-3 weeks following surgery, although it is important to remember that healing is a gradual process, and you should avoid any strenuous physical activity that could stress the incision sites for several weeks. It takes time before you see the final results of your thigh lift, usually around 6 months to one year, when swelling has completely dissipated.
Just be patient and don’t forget to go on follow-up checkups with your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon.
