Long-Term InGrown Hair - solutions? (photos)

Question

Hello! I had a few laser treatments to reduce the amount of under-arm hair. It has been a few years now but I still have little black dots. (ingrown hairs). I dont want to poke them out. Ive tried and only cause damage to my skin. Is there solution? Thank you in advance.

From the picture you send, I can see you still have numerous hair follicles growing which indicates, you still need more laser hair removal sessions. Every person needs a different number of sessions to eliminate most of the hair follicles and achieve hair reduction and to improve ingrown hairs. 
If you do not want to continue with laser hair removal treatments, you can also apply a wash that contains at least 2% Salicylic acid and leave it in the area for at least 2-5 minutes (you have to start slowly because this may irritate the skin and, we want to avoid that too).
There is a popular solution online called "Tend Skin Solution" that has this active ingredient, and you apply after shaving, or waxing. You apply it on dry skin and, it prevents ingrown hairs.
