Does SculpSure cause adhesions/scar tissue like CoolSculpting?

One of the reasons I haven't done coolsculpting is because I have heard plastic surgeons says that it is VERY difficult to do liposuction afterwards because of the scar tissue (cannot pass the canula through the fat to suck it out). Does the same problem exist with Sculpsure? I have not spoken to any surgeons who have done liposuction in a patient who had Sculpsure. I might get liposuction in the future and I don't want to jeopardize that.

Since both affect fat, I would have the SculpSure first. When you do Sculpsure too soon, like less than 6 weeks apart, you increase the chance of lumps. Since Emsculpt is also affecting the fat, it might be prudent to do the more fat specific treatment Sculpsure first followed by the milder...

That is interesting, I was always taught exactly the opposite. You have only so many fat cells after puberty and do not make more. Your existing fat cells can get bigger or smaller depending on caloric intake. Destructive methods such as lipo, and Sculpsure remove those cells. They are gone and...

I am not aware of any reported cases of paradoxical adipose hyperplasia following treatment with SculpSure.

I would recommend that you do not have a SculpSure treatment while you are having your menstrual period. The treatment could be more painful during that time.

SculpSure treatment will not do damage to muscle. It may be possible to treat excess fat around your calves, but ultimately, an examination of you would be needed to determine if you might be a good candidate for the treatment.
