2 years post Juvederm - will the bump on my vermillion border go away on its own or should I have it dissolved? (photos)

Hi!I got juvederm lip filler 2+ years ago and went to a “reputable” plastic surgeon. surgeon. He made a bunch of injections along my vermillion border as his technique. Once the swelling went down a few days later, I noticed this one little bump/blister that has since not gone away. It looks terrible, especially with lipstick on. I went back to him and he said to see if it goes away on its own.It’s been years,will it really resolve on its own or do I need it dissolved/is it scar tissue? Thanks!

If the bump is superficial filler you can elect to have it dissolved or wait for it to metabolize on its own.  Visit with the plastic surgeon who performed the treatment to evaluate the bump and determine appropriate treatment.
