I had a BAD fat transfer resulting in lumps. And an aggressive LL bleph (don’t know why dr did this when I wanted a wrinkle gone, when I recovered dr did “extra” ) Looks like ants in a line under lower eyelids. I needed retraction surgery but dr didn’t remove lumps. It is now 5 yrs and lumps are still there and noticeable. Will they be too hard to get out being it’s been so long? Changed my looks. It’s still shocking when I see myself. Tyvm

Answer: Will fat transfer lumps lower eyelids be too hard to get out?
Thank you for your photos. Without knowing how much fat was injected it is impossible to know how much you retained. The swelling after surgery can last for months. So it is possible you have mistaken fat for swelling. Based on your photos now, assuming that the last picture is your current...
I would be surprised if your doctor did not tell you you were still swollen. Nothing looks abnormal to me. Patient's, low-salt, sleep with the head elevated, and you will probably look very good in a few weeks.
Hi,
firstly I would like to say I am sorry to hear about your previous experience!
I must stress that the hyperpigmentation under your eyes would be difficult to treat and sometimes surgery is not the best solution. For the bump under your eye, careful blepharoplasty may improve the result....
